본원의 설철환 원장이 2011.4.1. ~ 4.3. 코엑스에서 개최된 대한미용성형외과학회 및 대한성형외과의사회 국제학술대회에서, 에 관한 내용으로 강연하였습니다.
가슴의 처진 정도가 심하지 않은 경우 내시경 이중평면 가슴확대법으로 교정할 수 있고, 처진 정도가 심한 경우에는 처진가슴교정술 또는 처진가슴교정술과 가슴확대를 동시에 시행함으로써 탄력 있고 풍만한 가슴을 만들수 있다는 내용이었습니다.
설철환 원장의 수술 노하우와 새로이 개발한 수술방법, 수술 결과에 대한 발표가 이루어졌는데 많은 청중들로부터 찬사를 받았으며 같은 세션에서 발표한 세계적으로 유명한 초청연자 Neal Handel에게도 극찬을 받았습니다.

Correction of Breast Ptosis

There are various ways to correct the breast ptosis.
In the mild cases, breast augmentation alone can be a good option and in the severe cases, mastopexy should be preformed. And, breast augmentation and mastopexy is performed in a single stage for the small breast with severe ptosis(augmentation mastopexy). Breast reduction is performed for the large breast with severe ptosis and it can reduce the size of breast and correct ptosis simultaneously.
There are various mastopexy techniques; crescent mastopexy, periareolar mastopexy, vertical scar mastopexy and inverted T mastopexy. We can choose the most appropriate technique according to the severity of breast ptosis.
I will talk about making operation plan and technique in detail for the patients with breast ptosis.
